Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
to join a

Boston, Lincolnshire . This role is ideal for an experienced
Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer / Electrical & Mechanical Engineer
with strong fault-finding capability across
automated production machinery , PLC-controlled systems and continuous improvement environments. The Role
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will support site performance through
reactive and planned maintenance , fault diagnosis and continuous improvement within a
highly automated manufacturing environment . Key Responsibilities Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis on automated production equipment Planned and reactive maintenance of manufacturing machinery Fault-finding on PLC-controlled and automated systems Escalation of complex breakdowns where required Accurate maintenance reporting using
SAP CMMS / Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Preventative maintenance, equipment optimisation and continuous improvement activity Completion of risk assessments, permits to work and method statements Supporting site safety, quality and performance targets Skills & Experience Required
Essential NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in
Electrical Engineering AND Mechanical Engineering Proven experience as a
Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing or production environments Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Experience working with
automation, PLC systems and control equipment Experience using a
CMMS (SAP preferred) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work safely under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Desirable Skills (Highly Searched Keywords)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Preventative / Planned Maintenance optimisation Continuous improvement or reliability engineering exposure Experience in
