Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer
North Lincolnshire (DN20 area)
£42,840 + Shift Allowance

A well-established manufacturing business in the DN20 area is seeking an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable and supportive environment, offering long-term security and competitive pay.
\n The Role \n
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving electrical systems across the site, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in fault finding, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on production machinery
\n
\n
\n
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
\n
\n
\n
Supporting mechanical engineers when required
\n
\n
\n
Driving continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
\n
\n
\n
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
\n
\n
\n Shift Pattern \n
\n
\n
Rotating 3-shift pattern:

\n
6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) - 2 weeks
\n
\n
\n
2:00pm - 12:00am (Monday to Thursday) - 1 week
\n
\n

\n
\n Salary & Benefits \n

Basic salary: £42,840
\n
\n
\n
Late shift allowance: £1,300 annually
\n
\n
\n
