Role: Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Salary: £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits and further training opportunities Hours: Rotation shift pattern - Monday - Friday - earlies & lates shifts; (every 6th week nights) Location: Commutable from Aylesford, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Chatham, Canterbury, Tonbridge, Dartford, Gravesend & surrounding areas Company We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work within a large industrial company at one of their automated factories. Responsibilities Maintenance Engineers (Maintenance Technicians) support the production machinery including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. This would suit Maintenance Engineers who like to variation, with a basic understanding of electrical maintenance to work across a range of machinery and equipment, who aren’t afraid to apply themselves and learn. Requirements · Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold an engineering qualification. · Background and experience in maintenance or service work in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment. · Mechanical Maintenance Background, either working as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer OR Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer OR Service Engineer OR Maintenance Technician OR Electrical Technician · Have ANY of the following experience; conveyors, packaging, bearings, belts, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, belts, bearings etc. – any of these will be considered · Friendly and adaptable working attitude · Proactive work attitude and keen to get your hands dirty If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Vicky at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
