The Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (CNC Maintenance)As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of CNC machine tools and production equipment to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Repair and maintainCNC machinery, machining centres, and manual machine toolsFault finding and diagnostics onelectrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and software systemsInstall, service and maintain machine tool equipment and control systemsCarry outplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenanceComplete full condition appraisals on CNC machineryIdentify, source and replace faulty componentsTest, adjust and commission repaired equipmentAssist with machine moves and production layout changesEscalate production-critical breakdowns to minimise downtimeUse technical manuals, schematics and OEM documentation to resolve complex issuesSkills & Experience Required:Minimum45 years experiencein CNC machinery maintenance within a manufacturing or engineering environmentTime served engineer NVQ Level 3 ApprenticeshipStrong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skillsStrong mechanical maintenance experienceExperience working with, Multi-axis CNC lathes, Horizontal and vertical milling machines and Machining centresAbility to read and interpret drawingsExperience withFanuc controls(advantageous)Working Hours:Monday Thursday: 6:45am 3:15pmFriday: 6:45am 2:15pmDay shift roleSalary:Competitive salary / hourly rate dependent on experience.Why Apply?Stable, long-term permanent opportunityStrong engineering team environmentOpportunity to work on advanced CNC and precision engineering equipmentExcellent company reputation within the manufacturing sectorHow to Apply:To apply for this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer position, please submit your CV in Word format.JBRP1_UKTJ
