Job Role of the Multi Skilled Engineer: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Wisbech, operating highly automated production and packaging equipment. This is a day-based position within a close-knit and high-performing engineering team, offering a strong level of autonomy and trust. Engineers are given the freedom to manage their own workload, with no micromanagement, and are encouraged to take ownership of both maintenance and improvement activities. The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across site equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You will also be involved in continuous improvement projects and engineering developments across the site. With significant overtime available (OTE £50,000+), this role offers an excellent opportunity to increase earnings while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
