Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - Dudley, West Midlands.

Salary: £36,000

Shift: 3 Shift Pattern (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A strong opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturing business known for its reliability and consistent production standards. This role offers the chance to work within a fast-paced environment where engineering plays a key role in operational success.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance depending on your bias, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and supporting the ongoing efficiency and reliability of site machinery.

Sector - Industrial Manufacturing

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance engineering experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Either mechanical or electrical bias (must be confident working within your core discipline)
Experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Strong fault-finding skills within either mechanical or electrical systems
Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience working within an industrial manufacturing setting
Ability to work a rotating 3 shift pattern (days, afternoons, nights)

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
Basic PLC knowledge or fault-finding capability
Experience working on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, or automated machinery
