Multi-Site Bar Manager
London
£45,000–£55,000 + Performance Bonus
We’re looking for a standout Multi-Site Bar Manager to lead drinks operations across London’s most exciting padel venues.
This is more than a standard bar role. It’s an opportunity to run multi-site operations in a fast-growing environment, build high-performing teams, and create a social atmosphere that keeps people coming back. If you’re commercially sharp, hands-on, and thrive in busy, high-energy venues, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the drinks operation across three sites, from service standards and team performance to stock control, GP, and events.
You will:
Lead and develop a team of Bar Supervisors
Drive consistency and standards across multiple venues
Take ownership of financial performance (GP, stock, labour)
Deliver excellent service during peak trading, tournaments, and events
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day bar operations across multiple sites
Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
Deliver strong GP and effective stock control
Maintain high standards of drinks quality, service, and presentation
Lead bar operations during events, tournaments, and busy trading periods
Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene standards

About You
Proven experience in multi-site or high-volume bar management
Strong leadership experience managing supervisors or assistant managers
Commercially astute with strong stock and margin control knowledge
Passionate about hospitality, sport, and social experiences
Highly organised, adaptable, and confident working across multiple locations
Personal Licence holder ()
