- Manageend-to-endoceanfreightshipments,includingimportandexportoperations
- Coordinatemulti-modaltransportmovements(sea,road,andairwhererequired)
- Completefullandaccuratecustomsentriesinlinewithcurrentregulations
- Liaisewithshippinglines,hauliers,customsauthorities,andinternalteams
- Provideexceptionalcustomerservice,actingasakeypointofcontactforclients
- Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanyissuesordelays
- Prepareandprocessinvoicingandbilling,ensuringaccuracyandtimeliness
- Maintaincompliancewithallrelevantindustryandcustomsregulations

- Provenexperienceinafreightforwarding
- Strongoceanfreightknowledge(essential)
- Experiencecompletingfullcustomsentriesindependently
- Familiaritywithmulti-modaltransportoperations
- Excellentcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills
- Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkunderpressure
- Experiencewithbillingandinvoicingprocesses
