We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Bakery Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and managing an efficient opening and closing of the In store bakery.
• Ensure that Packet perfect standards are delivered throughout service.
• Complete Planogram implementation and correct ticketing.
• Clean as you go ensuring due diligence is completed, that daily and weekly tasks and action taken where there are gaps/errors.
• Manage stock deliveries and accurate stock controls as agreed by store manager, ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in accordance with the store activities.
• Ensure disposables and consumables are stocked ensuring full availability, notifying your manager of any discrepancies or delivery issues.
Our ideal Bakery Supervisor will:
Previous catering experience
Good personal hygiene
Excellent food hygiene and safety knowledge
Willing to learn and adaptive
