An award-winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy are searching for an experienced, client-facing MRICS Senior Project Manager to join their project management team based near Richmond.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will bring experience of leading teams and carrying out pre and post contract duties within the residential, heritage, healthcare and commercial sectors.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a well-respected practise that have a strong reputation for delivering schemes in a variety of sectors. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside a project director, 4x associate directors, senior project managers and a wider team of project managers, commercial managers and building surveyors.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager needs to be a confident, client facing individual that has a strong ability at leading teams and mentoring junior members.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager Role:

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role at delivering the full lifecycle of multiple projects that will range from new builds, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values between £20m-£150m.

As an MRICS Senior Project Manager, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they're satisfied with the progress made on their projects.

You will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to Completion
Maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties
Support the Senior Project Managers with any challenges faced during project lifecycles
Report to Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress
Ability to run projects simultaneously
Attend weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsThe MRICS Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Experience working for a UK construction consultancy
Knowledge of residential, heritage, healthcare or commercial sector
MRICS chartered or working towards it
A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal
Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:

£75,000-£85,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
