A highly supportive project and cost consultancy located in Central London are looking for an experienced MRICS Senior Project Manager with experience delivering schemes in the heritage and healthcare sector. The Company that the MRICS Senior Project Manager will join: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining an employee first construction consultancy that consists of a motivated team who have built up an excellent reputation of delivering high-quality schemes across the heritage and healthcare sector. The MRICS Senior Project Manager role: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be able to run schemes through pre and post contract stages within the heritage and healthcare sector, along with knowledge of utilising the JCT / NEC contract. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be a confident individual who has excellent stakeholder management and exposure to delivering projects with contract values up to £100m.
