I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Mould Marshall – Labourer this role will be: NW5 3AP

The right candidate will:

To support the Local Authority’s response to damp and mould in council-owned properties by carrying out practical labouring duties, basic remedial works, inspections, and tenant support activities. The role contributes to improving housing conditions, safeguarding tenant health, and ensuring properties meet statutory and council standards.

Assist in the identification, monitoring, and treatment of damp and mould within council properties.

Carry out basic remedial works such as:

* Cleaning and treating mould-affected areas

* Preparing surfaces for repairs or redecoration

* Minor repairs (e.g. sealing, ventilation adjustments, clearing air vents)

We require the following:

* Experience in a labouring, property maintenance, or housing-related role.

* Driving Licence

* Basic knowledge of damp, mould, and condensation issues (or willingness to be trained).

* Ability to carry out physical work and manual handling tasks.
