Motor Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

* Use *advanced diagnostic tools* to identify and repair faults efficiently.
* Carry out *road tests* to ensure vehicle performance.
* Conduct *Vehicle Health Checks* and recommend work where necessary.
* Work on *brakes, suspension, clutches*, and general mechanical systems.
* Timing belt / Chain replacement.
* Maintain a clean, well-organised workspace and uphold safety standards.
* *Mentor apprentices* and support their development when needed.
* Driving to a range of locations for on site repairs in a fully equipped service vehicle.
* To be able to carry out a range of repairs and mechanical diagnostic and service work on site.
*Requirements:*
· *NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair* (or equivalent).
* Your own set of professional tools.
* A team player with a *positive, can-do attitude.*
* Proficiency with diagnostics, hand tools, and interpreting technical data.
* MOT tester accreditation (desirable).
* Experience in 7.5 ton lorries (desirable).
* Knowledge of the workings of ADBLUE DENOX SYSTEMS service and. repair (desirable).
* A *full, clean valid UK driving licence.*
