Motor Vehicle Technician
Franchised Motor Dealership - Spalding, Lincolnshire
Our client a family-owned dealership with a proud heritage, are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician.
You will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and ensuring every customer leaves the dealership confident in the quality of the work.

- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential faults early.
- Use manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and equipment accurately.
- Provide clear, professional advice to customers on required work.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
- Contribute to the smooth running of a close-knit team with a shared commitment to excellence.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in using modern diagnostic software and tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality.
- Full UK driving licence.
40-hour week - Monday to Friday (Saturday overtime optional)
£35k - £40k Basic + overtime
