Motor Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester

We are looking to employ a Class 4 MOT tester/vehicle technician. Your role will be completing MOT test appointments and any repair work needed for failures. You should be prepared to offer assistance in other areas if required.
We are a family run independent garage situated just outside Chester town centre. We have built up our reputation over 13 years by offering a high quality friendly service to our customers which include service/maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and MOT Class 4 testing facilities.
We also offer customers other types of work to include engine rebuilds, clutches, timing belts, wet belts, welding although the list is endless and it would be beneficial if you were capable of doing some of this work.
The successful candidate will also need:
Computer skills
Good communication skills (speaking to customers and providing updates)
Able to work alone or as part of a team
Highly motivated
Must have experience of using several different types of diagnostic equipment.
You must hold a full clean driving licence.
Salary depending on age and experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am -5pm. There will also be the chance of overtime when needed.
