About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lecturer Motor Vehicle to join our Construction and Motor Vehicle department at Southall Community College.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Motor Vehicle programmes, supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The role involves classroom and workshop-based delivery, learner support, assessment, and contribution to curriculum development, ensuring provision remains industry-relevant and aligned with awarding body requirements.

Where appropriate, you may also take responsibility for leading a study programme or course, including curriculum design, quality assurance and learner outcomes.
