You’ll step into a lead role where you’ll be at the heart of the recovery claims process and the first point of support for your team. Whether you’ve led before or have been the go-to person in the team, this is your chance to move into a recognised leadership position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and support a team of recovery claims handlers
* Manage complex claims, escalations, and complaint handling
* Coach and mentor the team to develop their skills
* Monitor KPIs and team performance, spotting patterns early
* Collaborate with other departments to drive recovery results
* Ensure full FCA compliance and data confidentiality
* Support recruitment, onboarding and people decisions in the team
