I'm working on an opportunity with a specialist development monitoring consultancy that is continuing to grow its presence across the North of England. This is a well-established business with a strong pipeline of lender instructions and a clear long-term direction. If you're already working in monitoring, or you're a Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager looking to specialise, this is a role that offers both autonomy and progression. The Role You'll act as a Monitoring Surveyor across a varied portfolio of lender-funded developments. Projects are predominantly residential-led, alongside hotels and commercial schemes. Values typically range from £500k to £50m, spread across the North West and Yorkshire.
