Mobile Water Engineer – Plumber Location: Hampshire We are an accredited Real Living Wage Employer and are committed to fair pay. We are seeking a Plumber to deliver planned, proactive maintenance across a range of client sites while supporting electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines. Role Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and proactive plumbing tasks across commercial client sites. Deliver a multi‑skilled service supporting electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance. Complete modifications, repairs, and new installations when required. Repair, maintain, and calibrate plumbing systems and associated mechanical/electrical instrumentation. Ensure all work meets high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance, RAMS documentation, and permit requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to appropriate standards, ensuring safe and efficient use. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems.

Required Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent. Experience working within commercial properties and installation environments. Strong understanding of building statutory compliance requirements. Full UK driving licence. IT literate with good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexibly and acquire additional skills across trades.
