Our client, one of the UK’s leading breakdown service providers, is actively seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover Newport and the surrounding region. This is an excellent Mobile Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to work in a dynamic, customer-focused position with excellent earning potential and career progression prospects.

Starting salary of £40,170 per annum, with guaranteed overtime that increases your earnings to up to £52,000 per year OTE
Overtime on rest days paid at £30 per hour, with potential to earn an additional £3,000 to £5,000 annually by working extra days

Attend customer sites at home or their workplace, providing mobile servicing and repairs in a professional and timely manner
Carry out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of light vehicles at customer premises as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical service
Work within a 40-hour week, predominantly Monday to Saturday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays worked on a rota basis
Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and ensure vehicles are returned to specification as a Mobile Vehicle TechnicianRequirements:

Qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Several years of practical experience in light vehicle servicing and repairs within the motor trade
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage the workload efficiently
