• You're someone who gets people. This isnt just spanners and enginesour mechanics are out there on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride. • You like mixing things up. Every days a little differentservicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. But it doesnt stop there: youll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep those customer conversations flowing.
• You think on your feet. Youll be trusted to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer. Different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.

What youll need:

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
