Our client, a well-established smart repair company, is seeking experienced Mobile SMART Repairers to join their dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity for skilled technicians to work independently, delivering high-quality alloy repairs, dent and scuff repairs, and paint blemish rectifications across Exeter and surrounding areas. The successful individual will benefit from competitive pay, consistent hours, and a supportive working environment.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of £15 to £22, dependent on experience
Expected annual bonus of approximately £5,000
Company van and most tools provided for autonomous working
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm working hours

Regular supplies replenished at depot, typically once per weekDuties of a Mobile SMART Repairer:
Performing smart repairs on alloys, bumps, scuffs, stone chips, and paint blemishes to high standards
Travelling to client sites using company vehicles across Exeter and neighbouring locations
Managing repairs independently with minimal supervision
Maintaining a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Documenting repair work accurately and efficiently
Replenishing supplies at depot as needed to ensure smooth operationRequirements of a Mobile Smart Repairer:
Approximately three years' experience in smart repairs or similar role
Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
Possession of some specialist tools (e.g., spray guns) is advantageous
Good organisational skills and reliability
Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer focus
Valid UK driving licence
