About The Role:
Days of Working:4 on / 4 off 19:00pm-07:00am or 07:00am-19:00pm
We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Supervisor to join our security team.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Staff welfare checks, ensuring the well-being of security officers.
- Conducting external and internal checks to ensure sites are secure at night.
- Key holding and responding to alarm activations.
- Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and AI's are followed by officers.
- Driving to 14 sites across London, responding to alarm activations and covering both manned and unmanned sites as required.
- Investigating incidents and writing detailed incident reports.
- Managing security operations to provide a safe and secure environment.Provide front-line management to all security operations
- Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements
- Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- SIA licensed essential. CCTV Licence is desirable, with an expectation to obtain it in due course.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in report writing.
- Incident report writing and investigation skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
