JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mobile Maintenance Plumber required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in Greater Manchester. All sites are within a 30-minute radius. Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join a well-established team of 12-13 engineers, with a strong and supportive culture.

This role will involve working 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch), with some flexibility.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings
Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
Carrying out minor mechanical fitter duties
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Building strong relationships with clients on siteRequirements for the role:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential - maintenance)
Proven experience in a maintenance/FM environment
Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Full UK driving licenceOn offer:

£37,000 salary
Company van & fuel card
Overtime available (1.5x weekdays, 2x Sundays)
On-call rota: 1 in 10 (£1,500 additional)
