Do you have experience working as a qualified Mobile Plant Trainer/Assessor and are looking for a larger role?

Or are you stuck as an internal plant trainer and are looking for a role with wider scope?

We are exclusively working with our longstanding market leading client who are looking to add this new role to the business, based out of Leicestershire this role will ensure all of the people operating mobile plant are adequately trained and assessed across all of their sites across the UK

What you will be doing:

Deliver qualified training across the business ensuring all mobile plant equipment operators are qualified and assessed to accredited national standards for Forklift Trucks, Loading Shovel Vehicles, Scissor Lifts etc
Maintain training records for all operators and verifying all new employee’s qualifications
Ensure the training that is delivered meets existing standards and where necessary develop the training in line with any modifications to legislation
Support any improvement initiatives with plant safety and operator competence
