NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire organisation that is looking to bring an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter into their growing team.

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy plant equipment, attending customer sites and carrying out repairs in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and inspections on plant machinery Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on-site Responding to breakdowns and completing field-based repairs Maintaining accurate service and job records Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards Providing a professional customer-facing service

Ideal background:
Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, or similar Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines Experience working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers,...
