M Pro Recruitment is working with a well-established plant hire and equipment services provider seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Field Engineer to cover London and surrounding areas .

The Role:
Youll deliver service, maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault-finding on heavy plant and hire equipment at customer locations. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring a technically confident engineer who can work independently and manage their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and repair heavy plant and construction equipment on-site

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently

Ensure equipment is hire-ready and safe to operate

Complete accurate service and repair records

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Experience & Skills:
Proven experience working on heavy plant or construction equipment

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills

Field-based experience covering London or similar metropolitan areas

Full UK driving licence

Good organisational and communication skills

Package:
Salary up to £50,000 DOE

Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided

Monday to Friday working pattern
