NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire organisation that is looking to bring an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter into their growing team.

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy plant equipment, attending customer sites and carrying out repairs in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and inspections on plant machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on-site
• Responding to breakdowns and completing field-based repairs
• Maintaining accurate service and job records
• Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
• Providing a professional customer-facing service

Ideal background:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, or similar
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines
• Experience working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence required

• Salary between £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
