We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established plant and tool hire business operating across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, long-term role within a relaxed and supportive working environment.

The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of plant equipment both in the depot and on customer sites across the Midlands.

Equipment Includes
Excavators (1t – 5t)
Dumpers
Rollers
Telehandlers (6m – 17m)
Small plant & hire equipmentRequirements
Proven experience as a Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer
Essential: Experience working on modern JCB Telehandlers
Strong knowledge of Tier 4 & Tier 5 engines
Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
Good communication skills
Team player with flexible attitudePackage
£32,000 basic salary
Overtime available:
Weekdays: Time + ¼
Saturdays: Time + ½
Company van (private use permitted)
Company pension
Monday–Friday working hours (8am – 5pm)
