Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer (AC / Gas / Electrical) Location: Manchester & North West
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Benefits

Role Overview Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering Manchester and the wider North West region .
This is a mobile role supporting a portfolio of retail, fast food, and commercial sites , delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (18th Edition) with additional experience in air conditioning and commercial gas systems , offering a well-rounded, multi-skilled approach.

Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
Service, fault find, and repair air conditioning systems (splits, VRV/VRF)
Perform maintenance and compliance checks on commercial gas systems
Undertake electrical maintenance , including fault finding and minor works
Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA/KPI expectations
Accurately complete job reports and documentation
Liaise with clients and provide a high level of customer service
Support compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience Essential:
NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
F-Gas / Air Conditioning qualification
Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1 or equivalent)
Proven experience working within a mobile FM / building services role
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
Experience working within retail or fast food environments
