Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)Location: Mobile role covering Kings Cross, Holborn & Stratford LondonSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum + OvertimeWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing building services team covering commercial sites across Kings Cross, Holborn and Stratford.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable MondayFriday role, with excellent overtime opportunities, a company van and fuel card, and genuine training and career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.Maintain and service a range of mechanical building services systems including HVAC plant, pumps, motors, pipework and valves.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.Ensure all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.Provide high standards of service when dealing with clients on site.RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience working within building services or facilities maintenance.Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, pumps, pipework and mechanical plant.Experience working in commercial building environments.Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) desirable.Full UK driving licence required for this mobile role.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.BenefitsSalary up to £45,000 depending on experienceCompany van and fuel card providedPlenty of overtime available25 days annual leave + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeTraining and career development opportunitiesStable MondayFriday working hoursApplyIf you are an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a mobile role across London with strong earning potential and career development, we would like to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
