Mobile Mechanical Engineer
Location: London & M25 Region
Salary:Paying up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday

A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their service and maintenance team, covering commercial buildings across London and the M25 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable engineer seeking a stable role with strong earning potential and the freedom of a mobile position.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites

• Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems

• Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities

• Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

• Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately

Skills & Experience Required

• Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent)

• Strong experience working within commercial building services or facilities management

• Good mechanical fault-finding skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence
