In this role, you will carry out a wide range of mechanical building services works across a diverse commercial portfolio in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in facilities management. Key Responsibilities Planned preventive maintenance Reactive Maintenance Knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, Pumps etc Complying with SFG20 Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements Level 3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering G3 Unvented Desired 5 years experience in a similar position Clean UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK xehkeey Whats on Offer 26 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays Company Fuel Card Private medical insurance Bundles of overtime Travel pay after 30 minutes each way Great line or progression
