Location:  Within the M25, London Company:  Family-run business focused on mental wellbeing and a positive work environment Role Overview: Work Type:  Mobile, covering 22 sites in London Contract:  Energy Services Duties: Mechanical:  Pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, cooling tower testing, vibration analysis, HIU servicing, chiller and boiler checks, water treatment, and more. Electrical:  Motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding, and more. General:  Servicing AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, underfloor heating, pipework, and HVAC systems. Additional:  Reactive call-outs, troubleshooting, system diagnostics, producing quotations, managing subcontractors, and overseeing Health & Safety.
