About The Role:

Mobile maintenance engineer covering commercial building's in the Derby and Leicester area.

Use of own vehicle will be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pump inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* Calorifier Inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* Expansion Vessel inspections/Preventative maintenance

* Heat Exchanger inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* UFH inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* AHU inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* Pipework inspections/ Preventative maintenance

* Radiator inspections/ Preventative maintenance

Essential Hiring Criteria:

* A recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.

* A recognised qualification in Plumbing.

* Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.

* Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position...
