Van Mobile M&E Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – City of London – £45,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract covering sites across London

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Package & working hours

A basic salary of up to £45,000
Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
22 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Company Pension SchemeKey Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
Maintain and update Log books
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
Requirements

Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
