Brief

General Maintenance Operative needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Bromley who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded General Maintenance Operative that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the General Maintenance Operative will include:

Activities will include but not limited to:

Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems Inspect/replace lamps / tubes Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture.
