Mobile Fabric Plumber Client Direct - Retail / Warehouse Facilities Wales / Midlands £30,000 to £35,000 We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mobile Fabric Plumber to join a well-established, fast-growing private self-storage provider with a strong presence across South Wales and the Midlands. Youll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across self-storage facilities, office complexes, and retail parades throughout the UK. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for a multi-skilled tradesperson who enjoys independent working and variety. Duties:General Building Maintenance: Roofing, cladding, repairs, and fabric maintenancePlumbing: Repairs, maintenance, and general installationsJoinery & Carpentry: Repairs, fittings, furniture assembly, and removalsInternal Works: Tiling, painting & decorating, carpetingExternal Works: Paving, drainage works, grounds maintenance, site clearance, pressure washingOperational Support: Liaising with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operationsRecord Keeping: Using IT systems to log completed works and associated expenditureHealth & Safety: Conducting point-of-work risk assessments and maintaining compliance with proceduresWorking Pattern:Monday to Friday08:00 16:3040 hours per weekPackage:£30,000 £35,000 SalaryCompany Vehicle or Fuel Allowance (40p per mile)20 Days Holiday + bank holidaysYour Birthday OffFree Storage Unit for You or Your FamilyRecognition Programmes£250 Employee Referral RewardFree On-Site ParkingRequirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a building trade or property maintenance roleNVQ Level 2 / 3 in Plumbing and HeatingFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet KPI/SLA deadlinesCompetent in using IT systems for job loggingGood understanding of health & safety proceduresStrong communication skillsJBRP1_UKTJ
