Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer Hours: 12 hour shift pattern (4 nights On, 4 nights Off) Location: Hounslow, TW6 2RS Role Responsibilities
Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works. Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs). Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients. Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
Required Qualifications
Experience in facilities management or building services. Trade background or prior experience in a similar role. Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
