Fabric Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Maidstone, Kent - £34,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card


Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading FM service provider based across an established national retail contract covering Maidstone & neighbouring areas.

The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of all trades & have proven track record in commercial building maintenance or building services.


This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who enjoys working in a fast-paced multi-site mobile position and lives in close proximity to the area. In return the company are offering a competitive base of £34,000, Van & Fuel Card and the opportunity to earn additional salary via the Call Out Rota and Overtime.


Hours of Work & Package Info


Basic Salary of up to £34,000

Van + Fuel Card provided

Call out rota £105 - Weekly Standby call out allowance (when on call)

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Overtime available

Enrolment in company pension scheme

Personal use of Vehicle Private Millage to be paid

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

Plumbing

Carpentry

Painting and Decorating

Flooring

Changing Locks

Hanging Doors

Maintain and update Log books

Arrangespecialist sub-contractors


Requirements


City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired)

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
