We are currently seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join our team, covering three key commercial sites across Central and West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and adaptable engineer looking for a stable role with a structured portfolio.
Role Overview
Covering three sites only: Marble Arch, Tottenham Court Road, and Hammersmith Mobile role with a consistent and manageable patch Working across a commercial contract environmentKey Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Diagnosing and repairing electrical and/or mechanical faults Supporting general building services maintenance Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations Liaising with site teams and subcontractors where required Maintaining accurate records and job updatesRequirements
Level 2 qualification minimum (Electrical or Mechanical) Level 3 qualification desirable Experience in commercial building maintenance Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licenceCall-Out & Overtime
