Mobile Engineer London/Essex £40,000 - £45,000 + Van and Fuel Card

A leading FM service provider is seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial sites across the London and Essex region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join a stable and supportive team working for an FM organisation renowned for progressing careers and provider excellent training. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of building services equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Liaise with site contacts, contractors, and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements: Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).

Proven experience within commercial FM environments.

Full UK driving licence
