Job Description

Mobile Engineer (Electrical bias) PAM\n\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our team.\n\nThe area predominantly covered is the Southwest, The purpose of the role is to operate within the PAM division supporting the mobile and site-based engineers delivering M&E PPM and associated remedial works as well as reactive works as per site requests.\n\nDay to Day\n\ncompliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements\n\nEnsure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.\n\nCarry out PPM and reactive works both in and out of hours (normal working hours 08:30 – 17:00)\n\nProcure materials in coordination with the Lead Engineer or Assistant Contract Delivery Manager\n\nBe available to attend or manage critical call outs and provide written reports as required including preparing the basis of the quotes for the remedial works required.\n\nEnsure the annual testing of your tools and equipment are kept up to date.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nComply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract delivery.\n\nEnsure you comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\n\nAssist in production of quotes as required.\n\nCompletion of PPM works and reporting.\n\nUtilise facilities management software complete and load worksheets immediately after job completion on the day.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\n * \n\n A minimum of City & Guilds qualifications electrical qualification\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition\n\n * \n\n Electrical Testing & Inspection Desirable\n\n * \n\n A good knowledge of electrical services\n\n * \n\n Sound level of administration and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers’ business requirements\n\n * \n\n Initiative\n\n * \n\n Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken\n\n * \n\n High standard of workmanship\n\n * \n\n Conscientious\n\n * \n\n Team player\n\n * \n\n Reliability\n\n * \n\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Commitment to providing a high-quality service and willing to work flexibly\n\n * \n\n Work overtime when required\n\n * \n\n Mechanical experience desirable but not essential\n Sound knowledge of Tablet applications\n\n * \n\n Experience working with the commercial setting\n\n * \n\n UK Driving Licence essential\n\nThere is no call out Rota with this position however you will be expected to work OOH/ weekend from time to time to supervise teams carrying out Fan Coil Maintenance and other essential maintenance.
