Overview

We are recruiting for 2 Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineers to cover multiple high-end commercial sites across London (within the M25).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national technical services provider delivering maintenance solutions to high-profile commercial buildings.

Role & Responsibilities

*

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC plant

*

Working across high-end commercial office environments

*

Site walk-rounds and completion of service reports

*

Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs

*

UPS system checks

*

Lighting maintenance (lamps, LEDs, ballasts)

*

Basic fault finding on air conditioning and chiller systems

*

Boilers and heating system checks

*

Tap temperature testing

*

Changing belts, pumps and filters

*

Minor adjustments to BMS set points

Requirements

*

Strong background in electrical building services / facilities maintenance

*

Experience in commercial plant maintenance (not domestic or installation)

*

NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (beneficial)

*

18th Edition (beneficial)

*

Testing & Inspection (advantageous but not essential)

*

Solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer is essential

*

Client-facing, well presented and professional

*

Strong communication skills

*

Ideally based in West, South West or North West London

Package

*

Salary up to £55,000 (40-hour week, Monday to Friday)

*

Overtime paid at time and a half and double time

*

25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
