About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mobile Electrician to join our property maintenance team, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance, small works, and statutory testing across residential properties, retail, and hospitality environments.

This role is varied and will suit someone confident in both fault-finding and carrying out testing to the highest standards. You will also be expected to participate in the on-call rota (1 week in 3) for out-of-hours electrical emergencies.

Typical Duties Include:

Electrical fault-finding and reactive maintenance

*

Electrical installations, repairs, and replacements

*

Inspection & Testing (EICR, remedials, certification)

*

Emergency lighting and fault diagnosis

*

Participation in the on-call rota (1 week in 3)

What We’re Looking For:

*

Must hold City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (no other equivalent will be considered)

*

18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations

*

Proven experience in residential, retail, or hospitality properties

*

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

*

Clean, full UK driving licence

*

Experience working and driving in Central London

*

Professional, customer-focused, and reliable
