CBW are currently looking for an Electrical Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider, responsible for the maintenance ofcirca10commercial buildings across the Bristoland M4 area.

The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ qualified) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance, carrying out both PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works on electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.

This is a mobile role, and you will be responsible for attending multiple sites throughout the week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Tap Temps Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors Assisting other engineers Offering technical support Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 Full Uk Driving License You must be able to provide co...
