The Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of a portfolio of nursery sites across South London through to Richmond. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

This is a field-based position requiring travel between multiple locations each day.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs

Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently

*

General building maintenance across sites

*

Basic fabric works including minor repairs and upkeep

*

Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. taps, toilets, minor leaks)

*

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

*

Maintain accurate job records and reports

*

Liaise professionally with site staff and management

Requirements

*

Qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) preferred
