Job Description Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Bristol & Surrounding Areas - Up to £45,000
CBW are currently looking for an Electrical maintenance Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading privately owned building services provider, responsible for the maintenance of circa 10 commercial office buildings across the Bristol and M4 area.
The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ qualified) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance, carrying out both PPM's and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on commercial building maintenance and statutory compliance tasks.
This is a mobile role, and you will be responsible for attending multiple sites throughout the week.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance
\n
Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance
\n
Air Conditioning / HVAC Maintenance - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
\n
Tap Temps
\n
Plumbing
\n
Ensuring log books are kept up to date
\n
Escorting specialist sub contractors
\n
Assisting other engineers
\n
Offering technical support
\n
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm
Requirements
\n
City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3
\n
Full Uk Driving License
\n
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
\n
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
An understanding of commercial building maintenance
\n
Excellent customer service skills
\n
You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across Bristol and the M4.
