Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UKs leading FM companies in a Commercial setting.
A salary up to 42k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.
Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:
Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors
Qualifications Required
City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum
18 th Edition
Testing and Inspection
