The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services across multiple sites. This role requires excellent technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTo carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by Helpdesk team including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.\n\t\nEnsure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.\n\t\nElectrically you will be working on single and three phase systems, fire alarm testing, lighting and power, UPS systems and more electrical duties.\n\t\nProduction of detail technical quotations - including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction.\n\t\nMaintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.\n\t\nKeep detailed records of all maintenance work performed.\n\t\nEscalate issues to Supervisor/Contract Manager immediately.\n\t\nCollaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives.\n\t\nTo liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client. \n\t\nForm part of the out of hours call out rota, attend emergency repair works as required.\n\nSkills and Experience\n\nExperience of working on single and three phase systems, fire alarm testing, lighting and power, UPS systems and more electrical duties.\n\t\nSound fault finding skills on all forms of electrical plant / systems.

\n\t\nOutstanding communication and teamwork capabilities.\n\t\nDemonstrated expertise in commercial facilities maintenance.\n\t\nExceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.\n\t\nBe able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.\n\t\nStrong fault-finding experience is essential in this role, and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional plant equipment right through to more modern systems\n\t\nTo carry out work in a safe and diligent manner\n\nSpecific Qualifications\n\nCity & Guilds/SNVQ - Electrical Installation / Maintenance or equivalent\n\t\nCity & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE\n\t\nTime served apprenticeship or equivalent training\n\t\nA demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering\n\t\nTesting and Inspection certification is desired\n\t\nA clear understanding of Electricity at Work safe working practices\n\t\nKnowledge and experience of BMS, generator, control, lighting systems, and ACOPS L8.\n\t\nIPAF/PASMA Beneficial\n\nDue to the nature of the contract, you will need to go through contract specific vetting – DBS, financial and employment background checks\n\nWhat we offer\n\nA competitive salary and benefits package appropriate to this position\n\t\nAn employer who values the ongoing wellbeing of its employees\n\t\nCareer development within a successful and growing business\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
